You, I KNOW so. If your income goes to ZERO, you do what you have to do. I mean it is a no brainer, you HAVE to survive.

It is COMPLETELY different. He can DELAY it, you can ELIMINATE it.
You are just being a pain in the ass. You UNDERSTAND this. If an NCP owes $400 a month, and loses their job, they STILL owe $400 a month, and MIGHT be able to get into court in a few months and reduce it...MAYBE. And he STILL owes the back amount.
If a CP loses their job, they can begin reducing right away. Oh, and they OWE nothing.
