I don't understand...how can be pending legal action for activity on an ANONYMOUS forum? Even if she has stated "MY EX IS A PERVERT" or any other slanderous statement, how is that ground for legal action? On an anonymous forum...she isn't using her real name, nor the name of her ex..anyone else fronting that information out, might...MIGHT be held liable, but only if you could PROVE it was them...Not really possible, I suppose with enough money and legal power it would be...but really? Legal action?
