Not buyin' it and it doesn't wash. If she was that concerned? She wouldn't have posted 25% of what she did. Another reason why I don't buy the "abuse excuse". Sooo, she's afraid she's gonna find it so that's why she's not honest, but she trashes him enough that if an abuser WERE to find it, it would absolutely trigger them? Really?
As for the Christmas justification. That's fine and dandy BUT, you would do it KNOWING that that was the situation no? You wouldn't feel remotely deceived if you did something based on 'x' piece of information then learned that 'y' piece was available, which drastically changed the basis on which you helped? So you say, oh gosh.. she only makes $1000 a month, and NO ONE IS HELPING HER.. she's ALL BY HERSELF (as we heard endlessly). So you give $100.. only to learn that no, she had a roommate. Who was helping pay bills. And caring for her child. Etc ETc. You wouldn't resent having given that $100? Even just a tiny bit? I would. Maybe soneone else really WAS alone and really did have NO HELP and maybe they needed my $100. Not the person who omitted a key truth in order to get my $100.
That's the point, and that's the issue. I understand you're her friend, but I am a little surprised the logic doesn't make perfect sense to you. And I think if it NOT her? We wouldn't be having this difference of opinion ;)
That said, you know I like you and respect you Cassie.. or at least I hope you know that. I have no issue with you and I do appreciate your belief that I am not "the culprit", lol. I feel like a Pink Panther movie or something now lol.
