He is ordered to pay $350 month for child support. The original order requires me to pay for medical insurance (because at the time only my employer provided insurance). It has been 15 years since the divorce, child support has not been modified. I have been paying for insurance and all out of pocket medical expenses.
Do you think it is likely that the judge will require him to reimburse me for the insurance? The ex rarely has access to his own insurance.
At the court hearing, what should I expect? I have no idea what the ex makes (if anything) at this time. What documentation should I bring?
