Sorry to hear this has happened. And it is tough..but you have to try and take one moment at a time, day by day.
Counseling may help, church? Family, friends, lean on them for support.

Keep busy, hobbies, exercise anything you can figure out that works for you.

Unfortunately there is that incredible pain and there is no magic cure. You have to try with all your strength to get through this as best you can and what works for some may not work for others.

If you believe that she found another guy then maybe work with that...as painful as it is, if that is the case, self talk to yourself, she may have someone else...she has left...sometimes recognizing the harsh reality that she has found someone else will actually help deal with it. Let her go, she may come around but maybe not.

Right now you need to focus on you and getting through this.

Keep posting the people here can offer some good advice.
