Wow, and ow! Talk about pain, that does suck. I actually restarted the 17 Day Diet. I started doing it last summer but pretty much stopped after a month or so into it...mostly because of stress...not because I wasn't losing weight (I WAS). So, I started it again on the 8th. Lost 12 lbs in 17 days, now I'm getting ready to go another round of 17 days (cycle 2...there are 4 cycles to the diet, but if you haven't gotten to your goal weight after cycle 3, then you restart at cycle 1 again).

The first cycle, you cut out almost everything from sugar to bread, pasta, red meat...I ate alot of fish, chicken, certain fruits and ALOT of veggies. I learned many many many different ways to prepare chicken lol. During cycle 2, you can slowly start adding in food, such as lean meat, potatoes, rice, etc. Still no sugar (using Truvia as sweetener). During cycle 3...I THINK you can add in bread and pasta (I've not read that far yet). I haven't really exercised yet, but you are supposed to, at least 17 minutes a day (I'm looking for a treadmill on Craigslist and possibly an exercise bike). That's it...in a nutshell lol.
