My wife just asked for a divorce after 10 years.I did nothing wrong. I did not work for almost 9 of those being a house husband taking care of many animals and acres of land in rural USA. I had the savings, she had the credit. We had no debt, few problems.. I have hep c. She makes maybe 50 grand a year. I am 50 and have no way of gaining employment after 9 years especially in this broken economy. Need retraining of some sort. Bad thing its in Ky, one of the most backwards states in our country. I am FORCED to move back in with parents in N Ill in a town that has the 9th worst unemployment in the country. Like I said I have NO marketable skills being a househusband and have had hep c for over 20 years...Tired, flu like symptoms... Already paid a lawyer to start this. I know I can get some of her SS after 10 years, what are my chances for at least temporary support? Bad thing is I put down 50 grand on house we probably cant sell in this market either, I will lose my butt on that.. Thx
