spousal support

My attorney husband has not been paying his court ordered spousal support. I am now in Pro Per since I can no longer pay the attorney fees. I can't afford the basic necessities of life and he refuses all mail, has blocked email, telephone and fax numbers. He owes over $20,000.
I'm now out of funds. We had a long term marriage. Any thing you can suggest?
