Well there is the conclusion jumper! Nah- I don't care about a day or a week or 2 for that matter. The problem is there were doctor bills that BM refused to pay.

Your post was about child support and whether said child support ended on the 19th or the 20th. And you further posted that you were going to call CSE and find out what the day was for termination of child support. So honestly...is really that much of a 'jump' to think you were talking about child support?

The doctor's office then billed SD TWO years later... So SD called- the doctor bills were the 3rd of one month and the 2nd of THAT month. Well H called and said they were BM's responsibility. Now the doctor office is saying the ONE bill was not the 2nd, but the 20th- which is the exact date the order was terminated. Have no problem paying this one- even though we wonder if the dates were switched- but if other bills start coming out of the woodwork would like to know what THAT day was considered.

---> It's actually pretty simple...since SD is 18, she can go to the doctor's office and she gets a copy of her medical records (don't ask for them in advance)...which will have a record of exactly what days and times she was seen by the doctor.
