No one has a "moral obligation" to pay theirchild's college tuition. Any "child" old enough to attend college is an adult. Frankly, I think too many people are too quick to pay it. It feeds an "entitlement" mentality that will not serve them well when they need to live in the real world with a real job and bills. There are loans and scholarships out there - and jobs to earn money for college.
