I have, her income went from 11,000 to 44,000 and I have an increase of 12,000 in my income. I have file a motion to reduce of terminate and was granted a trial. We are now in the discovery phase and her lawyer is asking for everything down to credit cards receipts. Is she entitled to all of that or just my income? I don’t want to give her my tax returns because of my wife and I file jointly, I will give her my w-2 and my social security statement.
