Mydeejavoo..........Call the court and talk to the division of family services, or whatever it may be called in your state. Tell them you are very concerned about this situation. You have a right to KNOW where your children are even when they are NOT with you. You have a right to know the address they are being taken to and where they are spending the night. It is NOT in the best interests of the children to see their mother spending nights with different men. This is confusing to them, and you may have teens that shack up at the drop of a hat.
As far a posters saying courts do not care, why don't you find that out for yourself? When you call the court you can ask for mediation....they will set up an appointment for you, a mediator and your ex to discuss this matter. If your ex refuses to do so, that will be in your favor if you decide to go to court over this. If you make it very clear to the judge that you are only trying to keep your children safe and have them grow up morally healthy, you may get what you want. Meaning, when she sees them, she cannot let them spend the night with a man they hardly know and she must tell you where they are. It worked for me!
Thank you Eve....for your suggestions and your thoughtful consideration to my situation. People on here seem to think that I am just trying to be petty and controlling, but I only only want the best for my children. I KNOW that my ex and I will not always see eye to eye, but the one thing that I pray we DO agree on, is our children. Sometimes we have to put aside differences in order to do the right thing. Please keep us in your prayers, since Heaven knows we need it! Thank you!!
