[quote]The info on the boyfriend is a game changer. Bookmark your local courthouses public records search index and check it frequently. If anything new comes up on either of them, such as DV, DD, or parole violations, petition the court for restricted or supervised visitation for her.
File contempt asap on the address issue and be sure when you get in front of the judge for the harassment that you inform him of the custody order, proof of her lack of cooperation and your contempt charge. She's likely to start screaming you're abusive (her bf can tell her EXACTLY how to do it so it hurts you) and you're going to have to counter that. I have a feeling it's going to get a bit bumpy over the next little bit, but I can take it. My goal is to keep the kids out of the middle of it as much as possible. They don't need to be caught up in it. And it's sad that they keep asking me "why does mommy want to get you in trouble all the time?" I just smile and tell them that we don't always know why people do what they do, and that we only have control over our own actions. I try to make sure and let them know that mommy isn't a bad person, she's simply made a few mistakes, and that we all do that from time to time. It will be alright. Thanks for the advice!!
