Sure, if we ONLY stopped questioning people who are walking BEHIND houses in the rain at night in a gated community where they DON'T live (only staying) I am sure all the break in would STOP.

Yeah, of course, NO mention of the Black Panthers THREAT and NO mention of calming things down UNTIL there is an investigation and its completed, NAH, show sympathy to the, AT THE TIME, criminal who was attacking a person and got killed (and at the time, THAT was the oficial designation).
