So I don't know how I feel really about this case.

But when your credibility is in question, you make sure you're credible....or don't expect a good result.

---> I agree to a certain extent, but I also consider the emotional and mental aspects. The killing of another human being is NOT something that we do naturally. There are those who reported him as being 'cold' right afterwards...or was he simply in shock and on auto-pilot? His testimony has been a little shaky...some would say that it's because he's trying to cover up a 'murder' or is it simply the confusion that often results from replaying the incident over and over in your mind? On one hand you're trying to recall all the details, on the other, you're thinking 'what if?. And let's not forget the 'fear' factor...some may view the donations and passport as proof of his 'guilt', but I can also see it as proof of his innocence. Consider the fact that his parents were forced to move from their home...that he had to go into hiding. What do you think is going to happen when/if he is acquitted of 2nd Degree Murder?
