Actually the cs will revert to the state to assist in paying his "living" there - she will not be able to continue to get the cs - I don't know how long it takes for this to occur but if he is there for a length of time it isn't "free" if there is a parent(s) paying a cs order only if he is in a juvi detention center is it free. You might want to look into that angle and of course an attorney would be most helpful in this particular situation.
