Thank you Finz! Right now I am in the research stage. The last thing I want to do is make modifications , especially with the courts. I am going to continue trying to work with my ex as much as I can but if my youngest's welfare becomes in jeopardy, I want to be prepared. Again I am not looking to take away but to modify, if needed. What I fund interesting is the kids have done well with the transition and the trips (for the most part) until recently. They would normally start "pushing" after about 2 to 3 weeks but this was immediately, especially my youngest. I am not sure what changed but it is not good. The boys want to see their dad but not for a long period of time.
Thank you again for your input. I know things will work out and I will always have kids' best interest in mind which includes their father being in their lives, if he chooses
