Seriously lacking in support
      06/30/12 06:21 PM

How hard is it to work with IPERS? After 17 years of marriage, 2nd time for both, no kids, bought house joint, I worked all thru making $25,000+, lost everything. I was kept in the dark. BFD = Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, Divorce. I had to cash in my 401 just to find a place to live. I get a lousy 19% of his IPERS, thats it. By the time taxes are taken out, I get $500/month. Can't find a job, now getting neuropathy, can't button my own %$# pants. He has brand new truck, new camper, lives pretty high. I get bills, bills, and more bills. I drive a 1998, that is going to give it up soon, live in a mobile home. My lawyer did not fight for me at all, she knew i had no money. What are the chances of getting an increase from him?
