don't know how to get through

i found out my husband was having an affair the day after our 9 yr anniversary with someone he's known most of his life...we have twins together and one week he's sorry and wants me back..no chance of that,,,,but the next week he's calling me trash,,he doesn't see his kids, doesn't call his kids and i've been trying to keep them busy because all he does is disappoint them i've blocked him from my phone so he can't call or text me but i still have my moments. in the month he's been gone he has already moved in an apartment with his girlfriend and does everything he can to throw it in my face about how happy he is. Is anyone else having such issues,,,i'd love to talk to someone!!
