Thanks Aussie, I can't thank you enough for your advice, and the time that you have taken to give it to me. I am all set for court in the morning, I did the 10 panel drug/alcohol screening, all negative no surprise there, and also have the forensic psychologist going to court on my behalf, to say that I am not insane. Every claim that my husband has made I have proved false, I am praying that the judge sees right through my husband, and does the right thing by bringing my little boy home to me. I will let you know how it goes. I also know that men do deserve to have sole custody of children, I honestly believe that whom ever is the best parent for the child should have custody, but in my case it honestly is me. I have no ulterrior motives, I just know my little boy, and know what is best for him. My husband has major anger issues that must be addressed before he would be the best for our son. He has done this out of pure spite and vindictiveness, and has hurt our child in the process. It is very sad.
