Probably arrested your ex for public intoxication, and if they arrived in a vehicle, DUI. They MIGHT have arrested your wife for assault...hard to tell. Your best bet the next time she shows up is to tell her to leave, shut the door in her face, and if she persists, call the cops and file trespassing charges. If you know it's her, possibly not even answer the door at all. Document all of this. If you have enough documentation, you may have grounds for an RO, and even supervised visitation is a possibility. You might even try documenting it in a certified letter as well, advising her that all bills are to be submitted via mail as per the CO, and that she is not welcome at your home except in matters concerning pickup/dropoff (if that is done there). Also, in this letter, advise her that the police will be called in the future and that you will be filing trespassing charges for each and every incident.
