Yes you can, but understand that what the "family" courts decree in reality has no bearing on the liability of the debt.

What you need to do is to have a new order put into place in which she has to refinance the home in xx amount of time, or it is sold. I would also get a judgment for the money he has put into in since the divorce and file a lien against the home so that when it is sold, he gets paid first since that is probably the only way he is going to get his money back
