It seems like there's a lot more to this than the original post let on. But what Kiwi said is true. You will lose your daughters. You will lose big time. You will get the judge mad at you and they will do everything in their power to financially and emotionally destroy you.

So your religion holds to the sanctity of marriage. Most do. However, most religions also hold to the sanctity of logic over fanaticism. Fanatics can create more problems for themselves in trying to solve what they perceive as problems. Logic holds that if your marriage is doomed to fail (and it will because the other party wants it to and you can't make her want to stay married to you), that you can either let it fail peacefully, or you can raise a fuss and back yourself into a financial and emotional corner that will so severely affect you, your ex, and your daughters' lives very badly. You can cause possible permanent damage. Your daughters may never want to see you again and may get their wish. And you can spend the rest of your life miserably touting how it's all that evil ex's fault. You can blame it on satan. In the end...you lose out the most.

So which is more important? Holding up your beliefs beyond all logical possibilities, or knowing when you can only be responsible for yourself and not the actions of others?

Keep in mind that God believes we should bring people to Him, not push them away. Do you think you're bringing your ex to him or pushing her away by your actions?
