What will happen....

Financially we have had problems for a while, but he had his credit cards and I had mine. We are filing for divorce, I have been trying to get my debt down so that I can "manage" by myself for my two kids. Yesterday I let him know what the attorney said what the child support range would be (he hasn't given us a paystub yet to verify his income) and he said I do not know what you expect, I can either pay the mortgage or the child support not both. After the divorce is final I have agreed to let him have the house as I will be moving out of state. We are in Kentucky. I understand he is in debt as am I, but he still needs to support his kids. It is amazing that he has the money to go out of town this past weekend and will be going to Vegas in 4 weeks. He has already not adhered to the visitation, and the only ones that are suffering are the kids, and both are special needs so it really makes it hard. He has already mentioned filing for bankruptcy. I guess my question is what will happen as far as support and the division of all the debt. It is funny that we have taken out 2 consolidation loans to "pay down the debt" and the debt owed on those bills is just as high as it was before without charging those cards. I am just really aggravated.
