Can someone give me answers?

State of Texas...I want a divorce. I am not employed past three years, husband makes $100K. No children. I am under the care of a physciatrist for depression and panic attacks. Had three miscarriages in three years, plus panic since 1995.

Would I be eligible for spousal support? Married for 14 years. I have a bachlors degree, he has two degrees. I supported him (financially, worked and he didn't) through his second degree.

We live in a nice home, nice furniture, etc. We don't have any liquid assets, so would like spousal support at least for one year until I can get on my feet. I will take any job, but it will not cover my apartment rent, food, etc. for the month. We also have $50,000 in credit card debt. So, if I am responsible for half of this amount...I will not be able to afford much even meeting the minumum payments on these. We had to charge our fertility treatments since not covered by insurance. I have a very old vehicle that is paid for. He has 2005 Ninja bike, and F250 4X4 truck. I don't want either of those to drive. feel so stuck here. Please help. No children in our marriage. He has a fertility problem. I went through four years of infertility treatments to help us have a child while he was cheating on me. sorry, venting here...:)
