help unwanted divorce

my husband of almost 9 years filed 5 days after I left the house. I took very little with me in hopes of getting the help we need. Instead he talks to my father claims he wants to work out our marriage but does not contact me. I have written letters to him but no response. We have been to court once for property he still lives in our home. He claims he can not contact me because of temp. r/o. what should I do? I want so bad to work this out but he wont contact me but yet he claims to still love me and want to work this out. What should I do is he just blowing smoke up my fathers a---?
