Hello My fiance hao his final court hearing in may of 2004. But he hasent got his papers yet and he is going to iraq around september and we want to get married before he goes and he want her off his Life insurance through the military and he has tryed and they said they need the papers saying the are not married anymore.His attorney keeps giving him a run around and we dont know what to do. The most inportant think to my fiance is getting her off his life insuance any haelp would be great. we are in texas
