Another community property issue!

My x left almost 2 years ago he left this place in the shambles never put a dime into it when he lived here, we got this land 10 acres with two mobiles for 33,000 at 12% interest 5 yrs ago I have been making the whole payment on my own for the last two years , still owe 29,000 for it and i have rented out the other mobil to help cover all the costs and repairs here i have had to fix the well and all sorts of things by wich my x has not helped at all. I have literally busted my but,Its like running a farm out here between fixing fences, and repairuing leaks and gates. etc.. Im a mother of 4 i do not work my youngest is two and have no job experience all i have is this land and now he wants me too sell and split equity it just doesnt seem fair. Were do i go how can i find something this cheap as a rental you just cant find a cheap 4 bdroom rental my payment here is 450.00 a mnth thats killing me when i only have 1,100 a month income.I have been going to night school to get my diploma and hopefully i can get some kinda college in the future, Myx was always sole provider,-Never put yourself in the position of depending fully on your spouse you never know what the future holds,sad but true. I regret it. I have a long road ahead of me.!
