I am a Canadian citizen who met a man online moved to Ohio and married him, 2 years ago . He had claimed bankrupt from a previous marriage and had no money, and he hasn't been employed very much over the last couple of years. So I transferred $105,00 and bought us a house in Ohio after we got married. I have proof the money came from My account in Canada. He is a very jealous, verbally and emotionally abusive man. I am so lonely and hurt and want to leave him and go back to Canada..he says he will make me pay and that in ohio the law says he gets 1/2 of everything because I did not get him to sign a prenumpt. Is this true? I need advice and help!
