Alimony $$ Or House $$

Situation;
(California) Married since 1998 (8 years) Physically Separated for 2 years No KIDS - He moved out of our house and in with her, so I moved back into our house alone. I haven't worked for few years, not employed now. He Makes $60K. In July we agreed he'd sign over title on our house to me FOR A CASH PAYOFF from my Parents, in leu of me not asking for alimony/support. (Haven't done pay-off for title yet.)
We've already divided all property between ourselves and aren't fighting over any cars or anything, don't have any debts other than the house. Still have a joint checking account though -
***I found out in August he is having a BABY with another married woman.
Would this baby make any difference in what I might get in support?? We are still husband/wife, and noone has filed. The paralegal I went to see today said I would probably get $1650 a month from him, (not that I'd ask for it) but wouldn't I lose the house too? (He wants his money yesterday, from my parents, because I guess he bought an Expedition for his new pregnant girlfriend and they will repossess it if he doesn't pay them this week).
This paralegal has convinced my Mother that I should get this support, but she doesn't understand I don't wanna lose my house.... Now my parents think he should also give me some support seeing that his situation (Pregnancy with other woman) doesn't make him look too good and I have no income right now. But we're both on the home loan and I can't afford to keep it on my own financing.
Here's my question; How is support for a non-working spouse figured? Is it a certain percentage of the other's income? Does an illigitmate baby with another woman matter in this at all? I feel that this pregnancy is already taking funds out of my monthly bills...
Thank you, K.
