I Have an Update...About Military Seperation Pay

My day in divorce court finally came and went,My attorney was right my now Ex. wasn't entitlted to any of my seperation/severance pay from the military because it was not my retirement pay in fact my ex didn't get one dime of my RETIREMENT I was able to write a small check in fact the first settlemtent offer was more than what I was able to settle for.
