Could I be getting better?

On Wed. night STBX called Lyss and left a message said he was calling to check on dance class and see how she was doing, said he would call back on Thursday, something inside me told me NOT to tell Lyss he called (she hasn't mentioned calling or talking to him since she saw him on Saturday) so we come home last night and NO PHONE CALL, now in the past when he has done this I text message him and tell him what a piece of crap he is but last night I didn't text message him (I thought about it) but I laid in bed and cried and then IT HIT ME....I've taken his rejection so personally like why wasn't I good enough, what didn't I do that I should have done etc., but Lyss is 7 years old thinks the sun rises and sets in the crack of his behind and adores him and he can't even keep his word to her....I'M NOT THE PROBLEM SHE'S NOT THE PROBLEM...HE IS THE PROBLEM....HE IS NOT AN ADULT AND HE'S A LOSER!
