want divorce, alimony question, spouse abroad

I was married in the philippines in 1999. I am a US citizen.

i have been married 8 years. 7 years we have been seperated. I havent seen or talked to my wife for the last 5 years.

We have a daughter who is 7 years old.

This year she committed fraud by using my name to apply for a US immigrant visa. the fraudalent visa application was cancelled so she remains a filipino citizen.

I have evidence which a friend of mine sent me from her friendster page which shows pictures of her and her boyfriend and messages that they will be together soon. Her boyfriend is residing in LA. This evidence I submitted to the INS which cancelled her application.

This week I was sent an official immigrant visa ID for my daughter. I never applied for any visa. I do not know if I should report this to the INS. I have yet to file a complaint but for now my daughter is a US immigrant.

I do not work at the present. But I will be finding a job this february so i can pay for a divorce.

question:

1.) do i pay alimony? By this time I will have a job but i would have just started.

2.) if my daughter's immigrant visa is cancelled due to fraud will i still have to pay child support since she will no longer be an immigrant.

3.) what will happen when i file for a divorce but my wife is not an american citizen?

please help me
