OK, getting ready to separate in Maryland, and move out to an apt for the 2 year waiting period (booooo).

Anyhoo, my wife and I own a house that is worth 400k, and has 250k owed on it (170 mortgage, 80 2nd mortgage).

I really want to either get her out and sell, or let her buy me out at approx 75k.

Now, we have both contributed equally, there are no kids, and I do not think she can afford the house on her own.

What are my options if she wants to stay in the house and I want to sell?

We are both gainfully employed, she makes 67k, I make 65k.
