Separated for 5 years

Me and my spouse have been living seperately for the last 5 years. I have the our 16 year old as well as my spouses son who is 25 years old and Mentally Slow living with me in the family house. Spouse moved out 5 years ago has paid no support and no mortgage payments. I am now trying to get divorced spouse wants half the equitly in house and spousal support. I live in ohio I cant beleive that someone who moved out and has had very little to do with the kids can come back and request exacly half of everything. is that true.
