STB Former spouse and I make comparable salaries...the difference being, he has additional earning potential due to the degrees he obtained during our marriage, while I am topped out in my field. Any one have any thoughts on whether spousal maintenance is a possibility??
When we married, neither one of us had any college level education. During our marriage, while I worked full time and supported the family, he went to school full time for 6 years and obtained his Bachelor's and then his JD and is now a licensed attorney. I am still pursuing my degree part time.
