Too soon to introduce a new partner

Hi all,

I'm new here so I hope all can help on this subject. My soon to be ex-wife met someone through online dating. 4 days later she's spending the night there with my 10 and 12 year children. That was a month ago and has been staying there with my kids every weekend and all week except one day a week. Isn't this a little soon?
