STBX calling EVERY night to tell the kids ....

Good night...He's been doing this since we seperated. It didn't bother me at first and still doesn't for the most part becuase it's a special thing for him and the kids...most time I don't even talk, one of the kids answers and they do their thing and hang up. BUT..I've been realizing more and more lately that he calls my house first and if we aren't there he calls my cell phone and has some smart aleck comment about me being out and about. Even when he has the kids rather than waiting and letting me call them, he'll call me, not have the kids call, HE will call, make some comment like this past friday "I see why you wanted me to take them, you're out and about" this was said real snotty like (which btw I was at the grocery store). I think he's using "telling the kids good night" as an excuse to keep tabs on me. Should I just ignore his crap and let it continue for the kids sake? If I try to do anything about it he'll just get mad and create more havok in mine and my kids lives. At the same time, I get the snippy comments if we aren't home from church when he thinsk we should be (like on the 2nd sunday supper nights etc) We're well on our way to a divorce, he's OBVIOUSLY already moving on (if you've read my other posts you know what I mean) yet in his eyes I'm not allowed to do the same thing. I haven't let it keep me form doing things etc nor have I let him know his controlling crap bothers me. Do you think if I ignore it, he'll stop or will it get worse? Should I wait until I have a court order concerning the kids then put my foot down? anyone else ever had a simliar situation? what did you do and how did it turn out?
