for my child's safety, need to know the law

Hi, I have a 4 month old little daughter, soon to come a divorce from mu husband caused by his parents. They are elderly and very agressive. They rip the baby out my hands every time we go to visit them, handle her not in a safe way, and insist on staying with the baby alone, they kiss her on the lips, they handle her as if a doll, but they don't want to offer real help, they just want to play. I really dont' trust them and my husband is also pressuring me on leaving the child with them. I am worried about my child's safety, and my question is, if we divorce, I really don't think my child is safe with them, what rights might they end up with? SOS, please help. thank you really need legal advice
