Asset in Property Settlement Agreement

I'm currently going through the process of finalizing the second draft of my property settlement agreement. Part of what I want my wife to waive any claim to is an asset that has stock from a publicly traded company attached to it. (Don't ask me to explain. It's confusing.) I don't feel that my lawyer is being precise enough in describing the assets. For example, do I need to list what class the stock is (common stock, Class A stock, etc,) where the account is, what name it's in,etc? What about the other asset? Do I have to define exactly what it is?
My fear is that if I am not exactly precise, my wife will try to find a loophole after we sign the agreement.
