Need HELP!!...

Hi...I have a stange situtation...my ex husband runs the state of nebraska's criminalistic division..and is very poplular with the District courts...he was awarded loca parentis to my daughter in 2004...we have been seperated since "99...now I am moving out of state and he gets an order that i cannot remove my daughter from jursdiction...on top of that...I am pregnant with my fiancee's child and want my daughter and I to be with him out of state...what can i do?...I will not leave my daughter...and my job is out of state and my home...I have nothing here in omaha but my daughter...
