I am legally/medically disabled.......husband filed divorce papers, received them last week. I found a place to move, & he REFUSES to help me financially, stating, I'll get a job if I want to move ???? I am disabled.
As you can imagine & may know 1st hand, living with ur soon to be ex is NOT pleasant. It is physically, mentally, & emotionally taxing.
I'm trying to do some research on the net as per this constituting abuse. I can't conceive how it can be deemed anything else. He served me divorce papers & refuses to help me get out financially. Isn't this like holding me AGAINST my will???
I know there has to be something out there to support this claim as abuse, but am not the best net surfer. If anyone out there can offer up some input, i IMMENSELY appreciate it. Thank you in advance,
Cheryl
