Moving out

My wife and I are going through a divorce.
She filed late last year and we still live together in the same house. My daughter is 17 (b-day 18, this december) and has expressed early on to the courts that she wants to live with me. I can't handle my wife calling me names in earshot of my daughter. My STBX also has accused me of "abusing her" (not to the police, only to me). My attorney's answer is to not be around alone with her. I've decided to move out. Will there be major repercussions if my daughter leaves the house with me to a new place? She will be in the same school system. I live in Ohio and I will talk to my lawyer, but that's later this week. Thanks
