hi everyone..i'm new to this forum so some of my questions might sound dumm n repetitive so soory about that...i moved to texas 5 months ago from Virginia....i got married in VA and we have 1 child together(15 month old)...things were rough between us so i decided to move out of the state and found a job here and my daughter lives with me...my question is after a month when i would have completed my 6 months as a resident of texas, how can i file for a divorce?my divorce shud be simple because i dont want any material stuff from him other than the child support my husband would owe.If we agree on everything, how easy is it to get divorced in texas on a no-fault divorce and how long will it take?plus wat do i have to do...as in paper work n all?thnx so much for ur help...
