She wants to come back...

My wife and I jointly own the home I now live in. She left in the last week in September due to drinking issues, hers not mine. I have our 2 daughters aged 11 and 2. We've been sharing time with the 2 year old while the 11 year old lives strictly with me at the home. This morning my wife called and says shes wants to come back. Is there anything I can do to prevent her from returning though in truth the house is in both our names. I feel my daughters and I are just getting things back to normal and this will just disrupt everything again. I dont want the drinking at the house, the abuse or the carrying on. Im not sure what to do.. any recommendations?
