Want to relocate to the same state as EX lives in

Okay, here it goes. This is my first posting...

I currently live in Nebraska. Filed for divorce two years ago, Finally got it finalized in August of 2007. I have joint custody, sole phsycial of my children. I have the final authority in any final decision regarding the boys if EX and I cannot agree on them. EX has alternate weekend visitations from Fri evening to Mon a.m. Wednesday evenings 4 to 8 p.m., two weeks in June, July and one week in Aug for summer visitation and every other holiday (Wilson VS Wilson schedule).....

I'm not allowed to move the children out of state of Neb without court permission.

He lives across the river in Iowa. I would like to move back to Iowa where I'm orginially from. However where I would like to relocate is 2 hours away from where EX lives...(I live 30 minutes away right now) There's no family support here. the closest family besides the EX is Paternal grandma which lives in a small town 1 1/2 hours away in NE, Maternal grandparents lives in Iowa along with aunts and uncles and cousins and etc. 3 hours away....If I do relocate, it will put me 1 hour away from the maternal family. and still 1 1/2 hours away from paternal family as EX lives 1 1/2 hours away from them....hope it makes sense...

Anyways, my questino is....What are my chances of getting permission from the court, Yes, its very likely that the EX will fight me for this....
