My daughter married a man shortly before her son was born The man is not the biological father of the child He left her penniless and destitute when the child was 22 months old. since then My daughter has been struggling to make it on her own with a toddler The 'father' has had no contact offered no support nor seen the child in all this time My daughter has had to live with me on and off during this period and I was her only source of childcare so that she could work Out of desperation to get help she contacted DCFS They at first were very helpful but then they stopped returning calls etc They had been in my home and praised my relationship with my grandson and told me that if ever there was a desision made to remove the child I would be contacted and he would be placed in my care Then 2 days ago they called her into their office declared she was unstable and forcibly removed the child from her arms and gave him to this man that signed the birth certificate BTW .. the 'father's Father is a registared sex offender In the state Of NH They refuse to give me any information and I want to pursue custody of this child
