Confused about Tax Rebate

Hello! I am new here and need help. I am confused about the upcoming tax rebate or economic stimulus rebate. Our taxes were filed jointly in 2007 claiming our 2 kids as dependents. We divorced in 2008 (or it was finalized in Feb of this year.) Now, according to our CO, I claim one child and my ex claims the other as dependents. I am CP.

Am I entitled to any of the rebate based on us filing jointly in 2007? Also in our agreement it states that my ex is entitled to any tax refund. Will this count for the rebate too? He is saying that I am not entitled to any of the rebate. I think I am.

Any help or places where I can get information would be so appreciated!
