...does anyone else find it odd my attorney up and was assigned to a federal death penalty case on the same day as my trial? Is that how federal cases are? I don't want to be rude to my attorney but SURELY he knew about this case before now, wouldn't you think? He's done a lot of federal work and I know my case is pretty minor in comparison, but surely he knew about this prior to today.
