NEED HELP IMMEDIATELY!!!

My daughter needs immediate help with a situation concerning her son who is living in Alaska with his Aunt right now. Her son has been in Alaska for almost two years now and this was done on a verbal agreement between her and her husband who is now sitting in prison in Alaska and her husbands aunt has been taking care of her son since this has happened. My daughter has kept in communication with her son via phone and has sent items to him for birthdays and christmas...etc...She has worked hard to save her money to get their furniture out of storage in Texas where they were stationed. Now the agreement was when she was dropped off here in Montana that she would find a good job save her money to go get her son and now that she has done this her husband's aunt has told her that she cannot come get her son, she has bought the tickets and has been in communication with this woman to let her know that she has to start getting her son ready for her arrival. The aunt has lied about having temp. custody of her son and has made every excuse under the sun to keep my daughter away from her son. My daughter has never been in trouble with the law and she has a very good paying job now and has a very stable life and is ready to have her son back. What legal rights does she have in this case if she goes up to Alaska to reclaim her son and what kind of rights does the father have since he is in prison up there? She wants to leave on Nov. 18th that was the plan and now they are telling her if she shows up she cannot take her son. She needs help right away...Please anyone can you help.
